Alistair joined Swegon in January 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in leading and growing businesses in the industrial systems space.
He is an experienced commercial leader, with an engineering background and a proven record of driving incremental and sustained customer performance improvements.

Head of Ventilation and Group Sales Director
Dene joined Swegon in 2014 and manages the sales and support operation at Swegon Ventilation and oversees the day-to-day operations of the business.
With over 25 years sales and business management experience in the building services sector, Dene is a highly focussed, results driven, business professional with a people -centred leadership approach to achieving goals and objectives.
Head of Cooling
Andy joined Swegon in 1987 after completing a Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship. He began as an applications engineer and progressed quickly through the business.
Andy has nearly 30 years’ experience in chilled water cooling systems for industrial and commercial applications. His approach has always started with the customer and ensure that we offer the most appropriate solution for their needs, not what suits us. Whether it's driven by production demands, running costs, energy efficiency, reliability, life time costs. etc. Very few applications that we haven't applied our products to.
Head of Hire
Steve has been with Swegon for seven years and looks after the product, fulfilment and running of Swegon Hire UK.
Steve has over 15 years’ rental experience and saw an opportunity to grow a hire business within a thriving market. Within a short space of time the hire business has grown and is now an integral part of the Swegon landscape in the UK.
Steve says ‘we work in a fast paced environment where not only is the pressure to perform at its peak; it is also an environment where the customer needs assurance of a capable and dependable service…that’s where we come in’.
Head of Service
Martin joined Swegon in 2001, when it was known as Coolmation Service. He worked 10 years as a field service engineer before being promoted to Area Service Manager for the Midlands and North, which was a new role to the business.
In 2013 Martin was promoted to National Operations Manager and began to oversee all the day to day functions of the Service Business this included Sales, Financial Management and Technical Service offerings. During this period the Coolmation Group was acquired by Swegon and we integrated Swegon Service into our team, where over the past 2 years we have seen a 46% and 20% growth respectively.
In September 2015 Martin was promoted to Service Director and his current role includes controlling and managing all aspects of the service division of the Swegon Group UK.
Head of Finance
Graham joined Swegon as Finance Director in January 2017 and is responsible for all financial aspects of the business from the processing of financial transactions to budgeting and financial controls, reporting and cost management.
Graham has worked in finance for nearly 20 years, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2000, working in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. He has worked in many locations across the world and has extensive experience of working with complex matrix organisations.
His approach is to drive constant improvement by providing innovative, simple and efficient solutions for the reporting and financial control requirements of the business.
HR and SHEQ Director
Beth has been with Swegon for two years and her responsibilities include all strategic and operational aspects of HR including organisational design, development, recruitment, benefits and remuneration, communication and engagement, training and information systems.
In addition, Beth also has responsibility for all IT, Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality systems across the Swegon UK Group.
Based at our Head Office in New Milton, Beth looks after a team of three – HR & SHEQ Advisor, SHEQ Administrator and Group Services Coordinator.
She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD with over 20 years’ experience in HR – primarily in Engineering, Facilities Management, Service and Sales environments.
