Head of Service
Martin joined Swegon in 2001, when it was known as Coolmation Service. He worked 10 years as a field service engineer before being promoted to Area Service Manager for the Midlands and North, which was a new role to the business.
In 2013 Martin was promoted to National Operations Manager and began to oversee all the day to day functions of the Service Business this included Sales, Financial Management and Technical Service offerings. During this period the Coolmation Group was acquired by Swegon and we integrated Swegon Service into our team, where over the past 2 years we have seen a 46% and 20% growth respectively.
In September 2015 Martin was promoted to Service Director and his current role includes controlling and managing all aspects of the service division of the Swegon Group UK.
Rob has worked for Swegon since joining as an engineer in 2009 and having worked his way up to the Service Manager position.
He has a background and qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and is currently heavily involved in offering energy saving solutions to new and existing clients through utilisation of new technology and best in class components, offering energy consumption savings of around 30%.
Rob’s day-to-day work also includes full responsibility and accountability for the Vent Service Team, ensuring targets that are set internally are met and also with our contract customers and clients, carrying out maintenance, service, repairs, installations & commissioning for a wide range of clients as well as spare parts aftersales.
Area Service Manager London / Southeast
Prior to joining Swegon, Stefan worked for a major chiller manufacturer for nine years, progressing through the various chiller build process roles including sheet metal working, electrical wiring and finally end of line testing after gaining an NVQ level 2 qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning.
Stefan started with Swegon in 2007 as a Service engineer and in 2012 he was promoted to Senior Service engineer. During this time, Stefan gained a vast knowledge base which is now shared with our engineers company wide. He is very knowledgeable with Carel controls and is very proficient with system fault finding and thermodynamic theory.
In 2014, Stefan was promoted to Area Service Manager, responsible for managing 8 engineers, 1 supervisor and 1 coordinator along with the day to day running of the London and South East service business. Stefan’s day-to-day work includes full responsibility and accountability for the London and South East Service Team, ensuring customers are provided a top level customer experience through maintenance, service, repairs & commissioning for not only our own equipment but for all major chiller and AC manufacturers.
Since becoming an ASM, Stefan has gained the IOSH Managing Safely Qualification along with the CMI Level 3 Award in First Line Management and has been heavily involved in adapting and improving many of our internal processes.

Stacy co-ordinates and oversees reactive services for the business. 3 years with the group, she is highly organised and efficient, and always happy to help.
